Exchange Eligibility:

  • Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The exchange request must be initiated within 1 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Process:

  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your exchange request is received, our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional information required.

  3. Prepare for Return: Package the product securely in its original packaging, along with the original proof of purchase. Ensure that the product is in its original condition and unworn.

  4. Shipping the Product: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to product defects or errors on our part.

  5. Receive Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once the replacement product is dispatched.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we will offer alternatives or issue a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
